*What are your limitations? 

*What do WE need to do in order to reach goals safely and effectively? 

#2. TRAIN.

Now we get to work! We want to look good and feel good! So how do we accomplish that?

*Strength Training 

*Mobility Work

*Alternative Techniques like breath work, grounding, Cold Exposure, Heat Acclimation, Blood flow restriction training, and more. 

It’s really about finding what works for you!

#3. ADAPT AND ADJUST.

If we want to continue to progress, we have to mix things up!

*Switch up training techniques.  

*Fluctuate our focus and our intensity in real time.

*Keep the mind and the body guessing and interested!

*All one-on-one training sessions are 1 hour and by appointment only. 

1 Session-$80

6 Sessions-$450 ($75/session)

12 Sessions-$840 ($70/session)
